Iranian mill concludes 30,000t billet export tender, prices range-bound

Iran’s leading steel exporter has concluded an export tender for 30,000 t billets (150*150mm) for Mar ’21 shipment. The tender has been concluded at around $515-520/t FoB Iran and the cargo is likely to be shipped to SE Asia nations, SteelMint learned from credible sources. Iran’s semi-finished steel exports fell 12% y-o-y to 4.47 mn t in 9M of the current Iranian year.
