Iranian mill concludes 30,000 t billet export tender

An Iranian steel mill has concluded an export tender for 30,000 t of billets for late September shipment, sources informed. The deal was heard concluded at $465/t FOB. Iran’s semi-finished steel exports in four months of the current Persian year (21 Mar-20 Jul’24) reached 2.13 mnt, marking a 23% decrease compared to the same period last year, according to data from Iranian Steel Producers Association (ISPA).
