Iran: Steel billet, rebar prices head north amid positive market sentiments

Domestic steel billet prices in Iran moved up this week due to higher production costs and supply concerns. The price increase in billets also drove up rebar tags, even though demand was weak, sources informed BigMint.

• Billet prices rose by 3,500 Rial/kg to 264,000 Rial/kg on 11 Nov as against 6 Nov.
• Rebar offers increased by 1,000 Rial/kg to 308,000 Rial/kg on 11 Nov compared to 6 Nov.
