Iran: Steel billet, rebar prices fall amid sluggish trading

Iran’s billet prices declined amid weak demand and cautious trading. Rebar tags also edged lower as year-end sluggishness weighed on the market, despite gains on the stock exchange earlier, sources informed BigMint.

• Billet prices fell by 3,000 rial/kg to 321,500 Rial/kg on 5 Mar’25 against 3 Mar.
• Rebar prices decreased by 4,000 rial/kg to 368,000 Rial/kg on 5 Mar against 3 Mar.
