Iran, a leading exporter of steel billets, has stayed away from floating offers for yet another week. In addition to power outages in the Islamic Republic, the government has imposed a lockdown to curb COVID cases, which has impacted trade. Iranian mills have shied away from quoting offers for billet exports, as per SteelMint reports.
