Iran: Gas shortage keeps billet prices stable; rebar market sees uptrend

Iran’s domestic billet prices remained stable this week amid improved demand and ongoing gas shortage. Meanwhile, rebar prices saw an uptick, supported by positive sentiments in the billets segment, sources informed BigMint.

• Billet prices remained stable at 245,000 Rial/kg on 21 Oct’24 as against 16 Oct.
• Rebar prices increased by 1,000 Rial/kg to 297,000 Rial/kg on 21 Oct.
