Bidders having acceptable experience of supplying high carbon Ferro-manganese in the amount of minimum 1,000 MT for ESCO have right to supply 10,000 MT and can submit their bids for the quantity of 1,000 to 10,000 MT.
Bidders having no experience of supplying high carbon Ferro manganese for ESCO, but having experience of selling the afore mentioned goods for the amount of minimum 1,000 MT to reputable domestic and international steel plants can offer to maximum 7,000 MT.
Bidders have no experience of supplying high carbon Ferro- manganese with the desirable quality for ESCO or other reputable domestic and international steel plants (including Mobarakeh Steel Company, Khuzestan Steel Company , etc) have right to submit their offer for maximum 2,000 MT.

Ferro Manganese market in India has been balanced with limited demand and production. The declining global Manganese Ore prices have provided the producers to cut down their offers to entice greater buying interest. The current export offers for Ferro Manganese have been assessed at USD 1075/MT FOB India (70% grade) and USD 1150/MT FOB India (75% grade).
Iran has emerged as a predominant buyer of Ferro Manganese from India. During CY’17, Iran imported around 30,000 MT ferro manganese from India and in current year till Mar’18 the nation has already imported around 10,336 MT from India.
In a recent development, India’s largest commercial bank SBI has alerted all of its offices on the issue of dealing with the companies doing business with Russia and Iran which are battling sanctions. All branches have been directed to refrain from taking new exposure in any form, such as letter of credit and bank guarantee, for any transaction related to Iran with immediate effect, according to a SBI internal communique. Owing to which Indian Ferro Alloys exporters are worried about doing business with Iran, as Iran is considered to be an emerging market for Indian Ferro Alloys.
