Iran produced 8.21 mn t of DRI in Q1 of current fiscal (March 20-June 20) – a 12% rise compared to same period last year. Mobarakeh Steel Company accounted for the largest share with 2.06 mn t (up 3% on year) followed by Khuzestan Steel Company with 1.25 mn t (up 15% on year) and Golgohar with 789,343 t.
