Iran: Domestic billet, rebar prices fall w-o-w amid decline in IME prices

Domestic billet and rebar prices witnessed a sharp fall amid the decline in base prices at Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME), sources informed SteelMint.

• Steel billet prices fell by 3,500 Rial/Kg to 137,000 Rial/Kg as against the closing on 10 Aug.
• Rebar prices stood at 161,500 Rial/Kg on 17 Aug, a sharp decrease of 7,500 Rial/Kg.
