Iran: Domestic billet, rebar prices edge up, likely to fall in coming weeks

Iran’s domestic billets and rebars prices saw an increase amid fluctuations in the exchange rate. However, prices are expected to fall in the coming days owing to sluggish demand in the region, sources informed SteelMint.

• Steel billets prices rose by 500 Rial/Kg to 138,500 Rial/Kg as against 28 Nov’22.
• Rebars prices stood at 163,500 Rial/Kg on 30 Nov, an increase of 1,000 Rial/Kg.
