- Billet prices in Iran rose by 1,000 rial/kg ($2/t, 0.3%) to 3,83,500 ($911/t) as against 15 Dec’25, while rebar prices were increased by 7,000 rial/kg ($14/t, 1.5%) at 4,85,000 ($1,153/t,) on 17 Dec’25.
- Rebar prices rose, supported by expectations around a new stock-exchange programme and the prospect of bulk deals mid-week.
- Weak purchasing power continues to cap any meaningful price gains in the physical market.
