Iran: Billet prices decrease, rebar supply concerns fuel price hike

Iran’s domestic billet prices edged down this week due to sluggish demand amid ongoing power cuts. However, rebar prices increased despite lower billet costs due to supply concerns, sources informed BigMint.

• Billet prices fell by 500 Rial/kg to 248,500 Rial/kg as against 24 Jul.
• Rebar prices stood at 287,000 Rial/kg, an increase of 6,000 Rial/kg.
