Iran: Billet exports rise by 26% in first three months of Persian year

Data published by the Iranian Steel Producers Association show that steelmakers have recorded a significant rise in exports of billets and blooms during the first quarter of the current fiscal year (March 21-June 21) compared with last year’s corresponding period. Billet and bloom exports were recorded at 1.06 mn t, 26% higher than the same period last year.
