Esfahan Steel Company (ESCO), one of Iran’s leading steel exporters sold 30,000 t billets in SE Asia through a tender. According to SteelMint sources, the company concluded the tender at $645-650/t FoB Iran for June ’21 shipments. Last week SteelMint assessed Iranian billets to be at $620-625/t, FoB. Hike in Chinese steel futures has lifted global billet offers.
