Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is India’s largest commercial enterprise, which has been meeting India’s energy demands for over half a century. The company has issues a tender for purchase of 19,281 MT carbon steel plates for fabrication of pressure vessels for storage of propane/butane at LPG import facility project of IOCL at Paradip, Odisha.
Validity & delivery: The offer will be valid for the period of 4 months from the date of technical bid opening and the delivery period is of 6 months.
Eligibility criteria
1. Bidder should have successfully executed three similar orders of value not less than 29.81 crore INR or two similar orders of value not less than 39.74 crore INR or one similar order of value not less than 49.68 crore INR for supply of steel plates during last 5 years.
2. Annual financial turnover during any last 3 financial years should be at least 59.61 crore INR.
3. Should have successfully executed at least one order during last 5 years for manufacture and supply of steel plates as per IS:2041 Grade R-355 OR ASTM A537 Class- 1/ASME SA537 Class-1 OR ASTM A516 Grade 60/ASME SA516 OR ASTM A516 Grade 70/ASME SA516 Grade 70 in India.
