Ingot prices have increased in almost all places and markets witness good buying. Raw material prices also high alongwith dollar.
Mandi Gobindgarh Ingot prices is at Rs 35,400-450/MT (Basic).
Raipur, Ghaziabad and Muzaffarnagar prices go up by Rs 300/MT whereas Mumbai and Ludhiana prices gain by Rs 200/MT from previous trade.
Ingot in Hyderabad, slipped by Rs 500/MT at Rs 32,500/MT (Basic).
According to sources, prices were expected to rise before demand picks up.
NCDEX SteelLong May 12 contract opened at Rs 34,110/MT, was high at Rs 34,210/MT and touched a low at 33,970/MT. At 5:27 pm, it is trading at Rs 34,030/MT.
