Indonesian thermal coal benchmark price will be under pressure and expected to be USD 59-61/MT by year-end, according to government sources, mainly on account of oversupply and high stockpiles in India and China amid the pandemic. Prices are predicted to improve to USD 66-67 starting in 2021 supported by hike in electricity demand with resumption of economic activity.
