The ICI 4 index for popular grade 4200 GAR has moved up this week and is currently assessed at $33.5/t, FoB basis. The landed cost of the same to India would come around $43/t in east coast and $43.8/t, CFR west coast for panamax vessel. The recent 20 mn t coal import quotas released by China is fueling the increase in Indonesian coal prices.
