Indonesia: Ferrous scrap imports decline by 25% m-o-m in Oct’22

Indonesia’s ferrous scrap imports stood at 72,926 t in Oct’22, witnessing a drop of 25% m-o-m from 97,091 t in Sept’22.
Australia was the largest exporter at 25,086 t followed by Hong Kong and Singapore at 19,599 t and 9,915 t, respectively.
A total volume of 1.03 mnt has been imported by the country in Jan-Oct’22, 10% lesser volume as compared to CPLY.
