Indonesia: Ferro chrome imports surge 76% m-o-m in Oct’22

Indonesia’s ferro chrome imports increased sharply by 76% m-o-m to 107,927 t against 61,483 t in Sep’22, as per Customs data.
South Africa was the largest exporter at 96,326 t followed by Kazakhstan at 10,919 t during the month.
In addition, Indonesia’s ferro chrome imports fell 17% y-o-y to 1.36 mnt in Jan-Oct’22 compared to the same period last year.
