Indonesia has cut the benchmark Coal price for
April to the lowest in 16 months, according to data released by the energy
ministry.
Coal with a gross heating value of 6,322 kilo-calories per
kilogram will now cost $105.61/MT on a free-on-board (FOB) basis i.e. down by 6.4 percent from the March price of $112.87/MT.
According to the energy ministry's data, “It is the lowest price
since December 2010”.
