Steel Authority of India Ltd. has scheduled two auctions for around 3,000 t of mixed prime grade pig iron by road from its Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) Chhattisgarh. In another auction scheduled, 5,700 t (2 rakes) of OG (basic) grade pig iron is offered from its Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) Jharkhand on 23 Sep’20. In the previous auction of BSP conducted on 18 Sep’20 for 4,000 t concluded around at NR 27,250-27,500/t exw and BSL concluded 1 rake (2,850 t) at INR 27,500/t exw.
