India’s leading stainless steel coil manufacturer has raised prices effective 12 August, 2024, due to seasonal requirements. This marked the second consecutive increase in August 2024. Sources informed BigMint that the price for 316-grade stainless steel coils, including hot-rolled (HR) and cold-rolled (CR) types, has increased by INR 3,000/t ($36/t), while 304-grade coils have seen a rise of INR 2,000/t ($24/t).
