Indian steel major- JSW Steel has announced a hike in HRC prices by INR 1,000/t ($14) and CRC prices by INR 2,500/t ($34) today. After increase the effective price of HRC stands at INR 43,150/t and CRC at INR 52,150 (exy-Mum), SteelMint learned from its sources. Tight supply and robust demand in CRC from the auto sector resulted in a sharp hike in prices.
