Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of steel barrels in India, has a requirement of approximately 3,785 t of cold-rolled (CR) coils/sheets and galvanised plain (GP) coils/sheets for barrel manufacturing. The requirement for CR coils/sheets is for delivery to various plants in IP Silvassa, IP Taloja (Navi Mumbai), IP Asaoti, IP Chennai, IP Chittoor and IP Vadodara, while GP steel is for IP Asaoti for the month of Sept’21. The due date for submission of bids is 16 Aug’21. The tender is invited in the single-bid system through Balmer Lawrie’s e-procurement portal https://balmerlawrie.eproc.in. The company buys about 100,000 t of CR coils/sheets annually for barrel manufacturing.
