Indian secondary structure market continues to head towards downward direction this week also owing to low input cost. Light and heavy structure offers across India have moved down by INR 200-700/MT against last week trades.
Following steep fall of INR 600/MT in billet prices, major price corrections of INR 700-750/MT are reported in central India, especially Raipur.
However, structure offers in Ahmedabad moved up by INR 200/MT W-o-W.
Billet offers in week 29 dipped by INR 100-800/MT and currently accessible in the range of INR 19,000-22,850/MT.
100×100 mm angle offers are reported in Durgapur at INR 27,700/MT (-100), Ahmedabad at INR 26,200/MT (+200), Raipur at INR 23,500/MT (-700) and Hyderabad at INR 26,000/MT (-300).
While, 200×75 mm channel and 200×100 mm beam in Ghaziabad are available at INR 28,200/MT and INR 27,700/MT, registered a fall of INR 500/MT W-o-W in offers.
The same size channel offers in Durgapur are assessed at INR 25,150/MT (-200), INR 26,400/MT (+200) in Ahmedabad, INR 26,300/MT (-317) in Mumbai and INR 23,500/MT (-700) in Raipur.
