A leading Indian steel producer has raised flat product prices for early-April 2026 deliveries. Hot-rolled coils (HRC) prices increased by INR 2,000/t ($21/t), cold-rolled coils (CRC) by INR 2,250/t ($24/t), galvanised plain (GP) by INR 3,250/t ($35/t), and pre-painted galvanised iron (PPGI) by INR 2,500/t ($27/t). The revisions are driven by rising logistics costs and global geopolitical uncertainty.
