Indian steel exports reached an all-time high of 2.44 mn t in Jul’20, out of which finished steel was 1.39 mn t and semi-finished was 1.05 mn t. Exports increased by 7.4% m-o-m as against 2.27 mn t in Jun’20. China accounted for around 40% of India’s total steel exports.
