Domestic structure prices this week remained almost firm at pan India, except in south region.
Secondary structure manufacturers across major Indian market have resisted price corrections this week. Prices of all grades heavy and light structures like angle, beam and channel in eastern and central regions remained unaltered.
On the flip side, prices of all heavy and light structures in south India declined sharply by INR 500/MT on account of steep decline in billet prices in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, positive sentiments prevail in western market like Ahmedabad, as prices raised there by INR 200/MT in a week.
Light structure angle (40*40) offers in Durgapur are assessed at INR 27,500/MT, Ahmedabad at INR 25,600/MT, Mumbai at INR 26,000/MT, Raipur at INR 23,400/MT and Hyderabad at INR 26,000/MT.
Heavy structure beam (200*100) in Ghaziabad is being offered at INR 27,800/MT.
