Indian Rupee weakens to touch 3-month low

Indian rupee depreciates against the US dollar to reach a level
of three-month low.

It resumed trade at the Forex market today lower at 51.51 per
dollar against the last closing level of 51.65, reached a high at 52.00 and is currently
trading at 51.73 per dollar.

Forex dealers said that strong demand for the American
currency from importers, some banks and oil refiners amid weakness in Indian
stock markets impacted the rupee value.
