Indian secondary rebar market has been seeing moderate buying inquiries and trade activities, since the last couple of days due to minor fluctuation in semi-finished (Ingot/Billet) prices by approx INR 100-200/t. Rebar manufacturers have held their offers and on a d-o-d basis, prices remained stable in most of the major supplying regions. However, in Jalna, prices fell by INR 200/t. The current trade reference price for 10-25 mm rebar is assessed at INR 37,100/t Raipur and INR 39,900/t Jalna exw.
