Indian Re-bar offered at a discount of Rs 300-400/t

Re-bar prices show further downtrend from previous trades.

“Due to weak demand, prices are offered at a discount, in the range of Rs 300-400/MT.

Manufacturers are negotiating on the trading prices. There is shortage of labour from quite sometime which has come up as a major factor of poor finished markets,” reported a Re-bar manufacturer.   

Raipur Re-bar is being quoted at Rs 37,000/MT (Basic price). 

Diminishing demand from south has also helped prices to come down, he further added.
