Indian steel majors have concluded export deals to Nepal for approximately 50,000 t of HRCs at $530-540/t CFR Raxaul for end-Oct’24 to early-Nov’24 shipments, sources informed BigMint. Furthermore, Indian steel mills maintained their HRC export offers at $540/t CFR Raxaul this week.
Meanwhile, Nepal’s HRC import volumes increased by 8,367 t or 30% m-o-m to 36,394 t in Aug’24 from 28,027 t in Jul’24.
