A couple of major Indian steel manufacturers have booked 10 rakes of HRC for exports to Nepal during the week beginning 23 Aug’21.
The deals were heard concluded at $850-853/t CFR Raxual Border, equivalent to $835/t exw basis. The shipments are for end-Sept’21.
Indian mills are on the lookout for export opportunities amid low buying interest in the domestic market.
