A major Indian private steel mill has raised HRC export offers by $10/t w-o-w. Current offers for rerolling grade HRC stands at $560/t CFR Vietnam for end Jan-early Feb shipments. However, no deals have been reported yet. Indian mills have cut their export allocations amid improved realizations in the domestic market.
