Indian state owned mill has concluded 60,000 t bloom (150*150mm , 3SP/4SP grade) export tender for mid Sep’20 shipment. According to sources, the tender has been concluded at $395-400/t FoB. After this deal, Indian billet export prices have softened marginally by $5 w-o-w.
