An Indian state-owned mill had floated an export tender for 12,000 t wire rod coils (5.5-6.5mm) for spot sales on 20 Apr ’21. The tender has been concluded at around $710/t FoB India, credible sources have reported to SteelMint. India exported 1.02 mn t long steel in CY ’20, out of which the share of wire-rod coils was 0.17 mn t.
