India’s prominent stainless steel producer has concluded a deal for around 10,500 t of imported scrap in containers recently. The cargo comprised of 2,500t of MS Shredded at $315/t CFR Nhava Sheva, 3000 t of MS Turning at $290/t CFR Vizag, and 5,000t of busheling bundles at $340/t CFR Vizag basis. Tight scrap availability has resulted a hike in prices by around $5 w-o-w.
