In most cities of India, re-bar prices remain unchanged as trading activities remain limited. Manufacturers prefer to keep offers stable.
Manufacturers in Raipur are quoting 12mm at Rs 32,200-32,400/t, same what they were offering on last Saturday, much lower than monthly (April) average price , which stood at Rs 33,200/t and March monthly average price stood at Rs 32,600/t. MS Ingot price is trading at Rs 27,900/t and commercial billet at Rs 28,500/t same from previous trade. All prices are basic.
In Mumbai 12mm re-bar prices offered at Rs 33,900-34,000/t, whereas premium brands offered at Rs 34300-500/t.In similar line Muzaffarnagar 12mm price also trading at the same level from previous trade. 12mm TMT is trading at Rs 34,900/t.
Similarly in south market, re-bar prices quoting at the same level but traders are offering discount up to Rs 500/t due to weak sale.
