An integrated steelmaker has reportedly booked about 35,000 t of HRC for export to the Middle East. The deal was concluded in the range of $955-960/t on a CFR basis for Oct shipment, sources informed. HRC exports offers have fallen by $5-10/t, SteelMint notes. Low buying interest in the domestic market has compelled Indian mills to explore overseas markets.
