On 17 Apr’16, DGAD (Director General of Anti-Dumping & Allied Duties) has accepted the petition of Indian steel majors and initiated its anti-dumping duty investigations concerning imports of CRC originating in or exported from China, PR, Japan, Korea RP and Ukraine-reg.
As per market sources, based on its preliminary findings, DGAD has imposed provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of CRC and the non-injurious price decided for the same is USD 594/MT.
