Ferro prices in Indian domestic market which corrected by Rs 500-700 per ton as manufacturers look to clear stocks amid financial closing.
Silicon Manganese (SiMn) of grade 60/15 is sold in the range of Rs 52,500-53,000/t (Ex Works Raipur) and Ferro Manganese (FeMn) of grade 70-75 sold at Rs 55,000-55,500/t (Ex Works Raipur), where as garde 75 being offered at Rs 58,000/t
Export prices of Silicon Manganese 60/15 heard to concluded at $980/t FOB JNPT, however offers for grade 65/15 stood at $1080/t FOB.
Similarly Ferro Manganese (FeMn) export offers were at $970-980 FOB Vizag but no deal heard to be concluded due to low realization as per domestic price.
Indian manufacturers highlight that prices likely to be stable in April 2013 on factors like rising power prices in domestic market and manganese ore prices
in international market.
