Billet market across the country is too poor and if manufacturers cut offers further, we feel it may result into shut down of some plants, say market players in Mandi.
“We are in a confused state as to why is market unpredictable and continuing its downward trend.
Prices should not fall more than this, they have corrected too much”, comment traders.
According to some brokers, buyers are not in a mood to make new purchases. Some trades are happening on discounts but otherwise there is no buying at current levels.
