Billet manufacturers kept offers unchanged today in most Mandi's across the across the country.
Jaipur, Kandla and Bhavnagar Billet prices show downtrend by Rs 200/MT at Rs 35,100/MT (Basic, regular payment condition), Rs 34,600-700/MT and Rs 34,700-800/MT (Both are basic, payment next day) respectively.
According to market players, trading volumes are as per requirement only. We expect trading prices to stabilize at these levels and space for correction is limited in near term. Demand in finished products has also not improved.
