Billet demand has not improved in India. At current levels, buyers are not in a hurry to purchase material.
Market participants across the country, do not have much to say about Billet markets.
“Offers have fluctuated marginally in few locations and unchanged in others. Market seems unpredictable at this point of point and it is the same story today also”, they said.
