Indian Billet buyers prefer Ingot over Billet 

Billet
offers witness a marginal fall on poor demand and volatile market. With news
of Punjab Government to rise power price on Monday, sellers hold offers almost
unchanged anticipating some kind of rebound.

trader at Raipur, Chhattisgarh told about buyers preferring Ingot instead of
Billet because price difference is around Rs 1,100/MT. Billet is generally
used in making structural steels, which is under going a sluggish demand.
