Indian export of bar and rod fell by 50% in Jul’16 compared to Jun’16. Visakhapatnam was the major port destination.
Export of bar and rod from India to various countries stood at around 11,000 MT during Jul’16, which significantly decreased by 50% in Jul’16 compared to Jun’16, as per the custom data available with SteelMint.
The nation majorly exported material to nearby countries like UAE, Taiwan and Sri Lanka. Major port destination from India was Visakhapatnam port in the same duration.
