Domestic zinc prices rose INR 5,000/t w-o-w, while re-melted lead ingots remained stable at INR 183,000/t ex-Delhi. Imported zinc diecast (5%) from the Middle East was priced at $2,120/t CFR Mundra. At the time of reporting, LME zinc and lead stood at $2,914/t and $2,025/t, respectively. Additionally, Hindustan Zinc plans to ramp up production to 2 MTPA by 2030, from its current output of 1-1.1 mnt.
