The two-wheeler major-India Yamaha Motor(IYM), today said it will suspend production from 15th-31st May ’21 at its two manufacturing plants, one at Kanchipuram(Tamil Nadu), and the other at Surajpur(Uttar Pradesh). In view of the rising COVID-19 cases, operations will be ceased at the two plants to combat the second wave of the pandemic. According to the Company, the decision to resume production in June will be taken after assessing the situation.
