Wonder Cement will deploy around 250 Montra Electric heavy-duty electric trucks on a 1,450-km freight corridor connecting Rajasthan with Gujarat, marking one of India’s largest long-haul EV freight deployments. This initiative will be supported by 13 charging stations with 39 chargers and is expected to reduce 39,500 t/year of CO2 emissions while improving sustainable cement transportation and reducing logistics-related carbon emissions across key freight routes.
